Inspired by the traditions of Wisconsin taverns and supper clubs, The Old Fashioned was created to pay tribute to the foods and spirits that make Wisconsin famous.
The Old Fashioned highlights meats, cheeses, produce and local specialties from small Wisconsin producers. The menu features offerings from the wood burning grill, extensive Wisconsin cheese list, seasonal salads and soups. Nightly dinner specials echoing classic Wisconsin supper club fare such as Friday Fish Fry, Saturday Prime Rib, and Sunday wood-fired roasted chicken. Serving a large variety of Wisconsin beers, wines by the glass, spirits, and specialty drink menu of hand-muddled classics such as our namesake, The Old Fashioned.
